Butterflies are one of the most popular designs of tattoos and it’s easy to see why. Butterflies give the potential for an amazing, colourful tattoo that looks great anywhere on your body. Searching for tattoo designs, I came across this beautiful multicoloured butterfly tattoo.

That tattoo, as you ca see has been designed so it looks like the butterfly is real, the shadowing gives a great 3D effect. The skill of the colouring is amazing - there’s so many colours yet they’re all individual and don’t run into each other. I can only imagine how long a tattoo like this took but it’s time well spent!
