It seems Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari has fallen out of love with her tattoo. Kristin’s ink, the initials of her ex-boyfriend Nick Zano, was a sign of commitment but unfortunately the relationship ended in December leaving Kristin with a sore reminder.

Cavallari and Zano started dating in 2006 but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be and the young starlet was seen at Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan’s office yesterday. She is said to be undergoing treatment to remove the ink. An insider said,

“It is kind of painful, but she wants that thing off.”

The treatment will take several visits before the tattoo is completely removed.
